What We Do
Pattaya Pointer is a curated travel directory for Pattaya, Thailand — covering hotels, activities, neighbourhoods, and practical travel information.
We built this because most online Pattaya content falls into one of two categories: either outdated blog posts from 2015 written by someone who spent a weekend there, or booking platforms so focused on transactions that they forget to give you any actual useful context.
We try to be the well-traveled friend who knows Pattaya well — the one who tells you to stay in Jomtien rather than central Pattaya if you have kids, that Naklua has the best seafood in the city, and that the Sanctuary of Truth is one of the most extraordinary buildings in Southeast Asia and most people drive straight past it.
