Naklua is far more pleasant for daily life than touristy central Pattaya, and Crystal Bay is a decent budget base for exploring it. Basic facilities but clean, with a small pool and friendly management. Close to local markets, the fresh seafood restaurants of Naklua, and Wong Amat Beach.
